About Us

Home of the Famous 101 Omelettes

Family-owned and operated for 30 years, the Coffee Pot Restaurant and Gift Shop is the taste of Sedona. Come enjoy a casual and colorful dining experience featuring an extensive variety of award-winning breakfast options, authentic Mexican cuisine, Colombian coffee and classic cocktails.

A COLORFUL HISTORY

Named for the Coffee Pot Rock Formation, our restaurant dates back to the 1950’s in Sedona and has been family-owned and operated for thirty years! The building that houses the Coffee Pot also has an interesting history, having been a grocery store, a furniture store, and a nightclub, “Dudes,” owned by former Sedona resident, Hollywood actress Jane Russell of “Outlaw” fame.

Red Rock Country was a prime filming location for Spaghetti Westerns and commercials featuring the “Old West.” Many Old Hollywood stars including Elvis Presley frequented the restaurant. That is why Omelette # 101 with Jelly, Peanut Butter, and Banana is featured on our menu. That was the omelette choice of The King!

AS SEEN IN…

We have been featured in numerous media outlets, print, television and online such as: NY Times, LA Times, Phoenix Magazine, Food Network, Travel Channel, ABC News and Insider. Locally, we have been awarded “Best Breakfast,” and “Best Overall Bargain” year after year.

OUR FAMOUS 101 OMELETTES

A few of the many features that keep our loyal customers coming back include our famous 101 omelettes, breakfast served all day (until we close at 2:00 pm), authentic Mexican food, and the robust, locally roasted Colombian coffee. All of our generously portioned and reasonably priced meals are prepared fresh daily. We also have a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. A mimosa or Bloody Mary is highly recommended!

OUR GIFT SHOP TREASURES

The gift shop has also become a destination for many, as it offers an amazing collection of treasures from around the world at great prices! The variety of items never ceases to amaze our customers.
